PLAN YOUR DAY

PARKING

There is plenty of FREE parking here at Brimstage Farm.  As you turn into Brimstage Hall & Courtyard off the main road, follow the track straight ahead until you see our big parking sign!  You can park in our field all day.  Please note there is no shade in the field so please do not leave your furry 4 legged friends in your car.

We are pleased to let you know that we're now a dog-friendly site (until the maze opens in mid-July)...so please feel free to bring well-behaved dogs along.  We do ask they stay out of the play barn though!

DIRECTIONS

From J4 of the M53, follow the signs towards Heswall (A5137).  The turning into Brimstage Farm is approx. 1 mile along the ‘long & winding road’ on your left hand side.

From Heswall/Chester, head towards the Gayton roundabout (you will see the Glegg Arms, a Shell Garage & the Devon Doorway on this roundabout).

Take the A551 exit & IMMEDIATELY take a right fork turn onto the A5137.  Follow this road for approx. 3 miles.  The turning into Brimstage Farm is on your right hand side.

FOOD & DRINK

Maizy’s Parlour sells delicious ice creams, milkshakes, coffee & cakes.

If you fancy some hot food, you can pop down to the Courtyard Coffee Shop who sell delicious paninis & toasties.

WHAT’S NEARBY

Looking to make a weekend of it, there are some lovely places you can stay nearby….here are a couple of our favourites:

The Jug & Bottle – A gorgeous ‘pub with rooms’ located in Heswall approx. 3 miles away.  A warm welcome & fabulous food too! - https://the-jugandbottle.co.uk/

Pollards Inn – A lovely village inn about 3 miles from us - https://pollardsinn.co.uk/

OPENING HOURS

'Maizy's Parlour' will be open every day over the Easter Holidays from 10am to 4pm.  We are aiming to open the play barn soon too.

All other activities (the play barn, bouncing pillows, splash zone, go-karts, zip lines etc) will be available mid-July when our famous maize maze opens.

FAQ’S

Do I have to book online?

No! The online bookings help us to manage numbers & tickets are available to buy on the door but do cost a little more so you are better booking online if you can.

-

I don't want to go in the maze so why do I need to buy a ticket?

The entrance ticket covers all activities on site, many of which are suitable for all ages including the maze, crazy golf, jumping pillows & much more. Everyone on site needs a valid ticket (under 3s are free).

-

Can I just pay for the kids and I'll come back later?

Nice try! Under 16s must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times including (& especially in the maze itself).

-

Can I bring a picnic?

You can but we’d totally recommend trying the delicious food available at our new Farmhouse Kitchen.  You are not able to bring a picnic into our tipis unfortunately but we do have a designated picnic area with picnic sheds should the weather not b on your side!

-

Can I bring my dog?

As much as we adore dogs ourselves, due to popular demand we remain a dog-free site.  Our car park has very little shade so it really is best if you leave your furry friend at home.

-

Can you donate a raffle prize to my school, football club, dance troupe, fundraiser etc?

Absolutely!  We support many local groups & charities.  If you would like a voucher for a raffle, please email info@brimstagefarm.co.uk

Can I come & work at Brimstage Farm & Maze?

We’d love to hear from you if you fancy working here at Brimstage Farm.  Head to our ‘Contact Us’ page & you’ll find an on-line form you can complete.
